Staffing manager
No pros of working here
-pushy management who constantly micromanages -unrealistic goals -team turnover was insane and they never hired anyone new on so was constantly overworked. -never trained us and expected us to know what to do out the gate. -management constantly tried to push us to push candidates towards jobs that they did not want. -management did not foster and healthy work environment and team morale was constantly low. -no support
Forklift operator
The pros depends largely on what company Randstad has you working for.
Usually a dead end job.
Staffing consultant
Benefits (Vacation, dental and many others), brand recognition, home office (at least for now). My peers. Great entry level gig to start in HR and put some experience in your resume. That is the only reason I recommend you to work there.
SALES! SALES! SALES! If you don't sell, it does not matter if you are in the middle of a pandemic, you are in trouble. There is a lot of pressure to make phone calls and sell. SUPER LOW PAY - Also, 80% of the workers will not meet requirements for bonuses! The bonus structure is confusing and not even my manager could explain it to us. Forget about getting a raise... that will never happen. SUPER HIGH TURNOVER OF EMPLOYEES. People start looking for an another job after 6 months in the position. PRO TIP: Never stop sending out your resume.
