Nothing great place to work for
Randstad has a great culture - it is fast paced and hard work but very rewarding. The offices have a real buzz and there is a real drive to do well. There is a lot of L&D support available from the sales trainers and branch manager, and you are really encouraged to be successful.
Recruitment is hard work, so you need to put a lot in to be successful, but if you have the right drive and determination you can certainly be very successful in Randstad as they will give you the skills and knowledge.

It can be a dreadful place to work. Corporate is only as good as its local management. Local central valley ca management is a nightmare.
