Decent place to get your foot in the door and acquire skills in IT field.
No upward mobility. A lot of contract work which varies from site to site. Poor management. No real assistance from Human Resources. Entry level salaries. No raises. No bonuses. Lack of good benefits.
Associate
Decent website to track your info and good communication with the analyst account in charge of the project you work with
Depends of the project , some make more, others less Highly recommended that you know the local language to get along better

Recruitment consultant
Excellent training Well designed training plan for new comers to recruitment Good management team, good career development plans and an inclusive approach to staff
Sometime the size of the company can be off putting for clients The divisions are broken down and can be restricting when trying to develop clients Lots of points of contact for one client.
Account manager
Good company, fair commission structure, excellent training
Large company issues, not willing to change ways
Legal administrator
Pays well considering the tasks are easy and repetitive Easy going job no stress, besides the targets - some days they are too high as the job depends on the amount of cases received each day.
Glass ceiling, once you know everything there is to know about the job, function etc there is no real way to progress despite what management tell you. They have had same supervisors for the past 4 years and even they cannot progress further. Company seems to shutdown anyone who wants to excel and move up higher and there is definitely no shortage of capable/willing people. All damn day spent of front of a screen, literally staring at it because you have to focus on finding numbers/transactions.
Organizational support specialist
After a few years, they eventually raised my hourly rate and started giving benefits (health, 401K). They seem to be moving in the right direction. They also had good leadership (directly above me) that seemed to care for us.
There was barely any room for advancement, so it never really felt like a long term position. As such, we saw people come and go frequently. Also, the first few years, there were no benefits offered, which forced me to look for other jobs.
