Talent advisor
Culture on paper is great Few people are genuinely nice Opportunities to move internally are good No delay with salary Just a word of advice, if you are an immediate joiner, negotiate your CTC really well else they will pay you lesser than what other companies give for the same role.
This is where the problem is - being a staffing company, the pay range they have is unbelievable. One thing is, it is definitely not as per market range but it's a whole different thing they way they convince you otherwise. So basically even if you have 9-12 or 13 yrs of experience they'll still negotiate hard to give you 50k hike on your current CTC. Also I did come across a feedback from my friend who said, they basically hire only referrals even if you're well qualified for the role and ironically it is the same manager who asked to apply for that role in the first place. I heard they've introduced some new policies but with recent terminations and layoffs I don't think those new policies can help them anyway because they like optics but not actually the work that comes along with that
Recruitment consultant
Randstad have a great commission package for those interested in sales, they offer a wide range of benefits and additional incentives to keep you motivated and have a great training and induction programme for new starters. I would recommend people work for Randstad
Not as much working from home flexibility as consultants would want but we hope this changes in the future
Talent acquisition specialist

Team leader
HR Changing Often every six monts
PF Not Processing Procedure Not Correct
I worked as a study assistant with friendly students studying diverse but interesting topics and came across some very nice people. Attending lectures across different universities was nice. Meaningful work, better hourly wage than most part time jobs for freshers.
Minimal support from the leadership, lack of transparency in how cases are assigned, or queries solved. Old softwares handling timesheets. Nearly no work during the summer months.
Recruiter
Pays really well Fun environment
Not much work/learning Pretty short
