Java specialist
-Friendly environment - Great commission structure - great training schemes in place - Run your own market - Great location
Can be long hours - but - the more you work the more money you can make!
Recruitment consultant
Good manager and a lovely team with a great dynamic
I didn’t suit the role so keep that in mind, but the expectations and what was expected far exceeded what could actually be done.
Call center agent
Well organized, recognised in the business
Sometimes disrespectful to employes, but it is not comun
Staffing coordinator
Fast pace, challenging, a lot to learn
The only way to move up is sales, every location is managed differently so if you have a bad manager - then you are out of luck.
Resource manager
Employees are subject matter experts in their field, transparent work policy, work-life balance, with best leaders that you won't easily find in the industry
One of the best staffing companies! I couldn't think of any cons
Contractor
they will forward your resume to companies.
in my department they take around 60-70% of what you are billed out at, (they make 45 an hr and pay you 18) there are other agencies that will give you a much more fair percentage
Corporate staff member
--The company is huge, so there is potential to switch your career focus to other groups or maintain your job should you move. --Female executives all over the company. Very refreshing to see. --The CEO is incredibly smart and overall I have faith in those in the very highest positions.
--I was a corporate employee, so I can't speak for those in field offices (recruiters/sales) but change is CONSTANT. Mergers, acquisitions, leadership changes...if you don't thrive in that environment, it can be a "con" --The corporate culture ebbs and flows and people are fairly un-engaged in the corporate group. You know your direct team, but no one else in the office. --The company is extremely complicated (many business lines, a thousand acronyms) and the corporate on-boarding process is not structured or formal enough. You watch a few videos and get thrown in. --We are often too busy (or focused on reaching numbers for sales and recruiting) to actually participate in office events or read company communications.
