Pros

Fast moving and dynamic. Plenty of opportunity to do interesting work. Plenty of very experienced professionals in the company who are able to get things done. Opportunity to work with people from many Countries and appreciate different cultural backgrounds.

Cons

Limited career growth opportunities and training budgets limited. Working across time-zones can make working days very long. Compensation competitive although not reviewed for a while.

One of the best training center for fresh engineer Challenging projects where you can improve your skills Good environment with friendly colleagues whom you can learn a lot from Good salary and benefit if your performance is high

Resignation issue lead to lacking experience engineers but also an opportunity for new engineers Project schedules are tight anf workload is high for some groups No 13th month, only 1 bonus per year although the bonus is big

Great place for those wanting to work on cutting edge R&D work developing Wireless Modem Software. Management welcomes people with great R&D skills, but not much opportunity for other support functions or front end roles Campus is huge as it is set up as part of a open defence industry compound
