Hire and fire kind of company

Can’t think of any. Good place to work.

Very political environment. Team work is abysmal especially after rounds of lay offs. Some Senior Management tend to cherry pick certain favorite individual subordinates and spend exclusive technical and social time with them only without including other team members. Isolation is typical in engineering work and you get your work done, go home, rinse, repeat. But so much for company’s motto of ‘inclusion’

Fast-paced environment may lead to tight deadlines and pressure. Remote work options may be limited depending on role and project. Competitive atmosphere may not suit all working styles. Communication regarding company decisions could be clearer. Commuting challenges may exist depending on office location.

Working hours not so flexible.

Low number of annual vacation leave

some teams take advantage and coast on their work, workload is not distributed fairly - the more you do, the more you are asked (made) to do, advancement is dependent on your management so may be very limited, staff reductions are frequent, the company leadership constantly touted the values of integrity, innovation, and inclusion, while the clicky all-white leadership team was selling drives illegally in other countries.

Hard to get promoted, less learning.
