Limited career advancement. Too many foriengers.

Difficult environment and not a particularly nice culture to work within which is a shame.

Leadership is very secretive, retaliatory and untrustworthy. Senior manager is a bully that treats everyone like children unless they are one of their favorites. Harassment is tolerated and laughed at. There are constant whispers of something negative happening just over the horizon.

I have not noticed any cons in my duration.

Your experience depends entirely on your manager. A good supervisor makes the job great, but a bad one makes the environment toxic. This leads to many people quitting suddenly。

Salary at a bit low side for some operators.
