1. Nice company culture. Top management team is transparent to employee. People support each other. A happy place to work. 2. Reasonable goal for project, challenge but not impossible. ASIC team are not too aggressive but makes solid progress for each chip. 3. Pay is good consider the work load.
1. ASIC projects doesn't change a lot between different generations. Once you get familiar with it, you don't have chance to improve yourself. 2. Bonus/RSU is not very good as a high tech company.
