If he promises any amount of compensation (e.g. salary before and after confirmation), better record it in writing. He will gaslight you and say he did not promise any amount. - No proper chain of command. CEO can tell you to do A today and change his decision minutes later as he likes without any discussion. - CEO will text you after working hours. - Benefits are basic (upon confirmation). Parking, clinic, travel. Max amount is little. - Overall scammy company runs by a guy who doesn't know how to do it.

- it's a small business, culture may change at times as they are experimenting different approaches in management. - startup environment can be pressuring, fast paced as expected, you may feel a little bit overwhelmed, but its not that often. only happens when development timelines are tight.
