Snacks at pantry, and staff purchase
Limited career growth, lousy management and pay. They only value you when they’re lack of manpower, not value you by money. Only hire interns to help you with your work.

If your department head is good, the work is fulfilling. It can be fast-paced, but you will have work-life balance
