Awesome company to work for. Great culture and bonus program. You will be rewarded based on your hard work. Management is amazing and with such a huge company, there is a lot of opportunities both nationally and internationally. Also, the company has a high retention rate so there is your evidence.
Honestly no cons with my time at Sika. Perhaps other companies may have higher base salaries but salary is not everything.

Human resources
I accepted the role for an opportunity to work in a production environment.
I learned from experience that I could not trust the leadership team. I witnessed how the leadership team, in particular HR, made promises when they needed staffing and terminated those same staff after they found replacements at a cheaper rate.
