Really bad management because they practice favouritism. Low salary increment and no career growth for the past 6 years.

Nepotism. Need to play the game. Performers will be disappointed for their efforts to excel while the players, most are ineffective and lazy, go places by scratching the right people. Not much room for corporate climbing if you are not willing to play the game.

So many People eat lunch at their desks working *Poor decision making. Too many approvals needed, too many people involved, slow progress. Very often Direct manager doesn't have a say , someone else "higher" needs to approve * Crazy deadlines and too much pressure everyday
