The culture is really something different and the people are the main reason I am remaining at the company.
SoftwareONE has aggressive growth strategies which can be a bit of a hill to climb in the beginning if you are going into the sales position. They provide tools and support ot help but alot falls onto your mindset and skills after that.

1 VERY hard to get up to speed as there was NO onboarding training and a myriad of hopelessly dis-connected systems to navigate - hope this has been fixed in the last 5 years 2 HUGE TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS - These people LOVE to travel so much that it is just not possible to be productive

No cons which I knew. One thing is the Bangalore office located in busy place.

I have never laughed as much as I do since I came to SoftwareONE. In meetings and with colleagues. Overall it's a very relaxed atmosphere that invites everyone to be themselves. And even though I am very new at this company it is clear that SoftwareONE put a lot of effort into educating their employees. Making sure that you feel you have your own goals and projects to work towards.
I can't think of a con. And for me this is a pro. But if you don't like working for a global company, softwareONE is not for you. Geography is not something that is in the way to create close bonds and a lot of my daily contacts are across the globe.
