Pros

People make this place great, every one of my co-workers would drop everything to help me and I would do the same for any of them. The company is changing SO fast that you have to hang on and get used to going with the flow as you are on a ride into the future of business technology I really can make a difference for my clients here and am SO confident of our consultants that it is really easy to sell them. SoftwareONE has been wonderful during COVID, thanks to great technology, policy and leadership we all were able to work from home with zero ramp time

Cons

If you don't like change, you won't like it here. Not every change is perfectly or completley thought out. You may have to take some ownership of making new things work.

Pros

Having worked at a number of places in the industry over my 15 year career, the culture at SWO is the best I've worked in. The company has a true no-hierarchy type of culture where everyone is very approachable and truly a family. This allows top notch work-life balance!

The culture :) Its not for everyone. If you don't fit then you wont last.

1. Work from home facility. 2. Cabs in Gurgaon. 3. Good exposure to learn.

1. The salary is not paid in total monthly. Some part of it is paid as a variable after 3 months in which some part of it again based on company's performance. 2. No work-life balance due to frequent changes in the work shifts. 3. No feedback sessions are conducted with employees in order to discuss the problems faced by employees.

Pros

SoftwareOne is one of the most transaparent organization I have ever worked with. Peers are supportive of each other and offer a friendly environment. Great learning opportunities for those who seek. Management listens to their employees and contribute to their growth.

Cons

Perfection is not achievable, but SWO does not have any specific cons I believe. Some challenges are everywhere and that's a part of our journey. They can work on compensation and better work-life balance, as they are at the lower end overall.

Pros

The software they use to do the tests and see the aptitudes of the candidates is simply impressive, I can say that it is the best selection process in which I have ever participated. The people is just so kind that you feel comfortable and with confidence.

Cons

It is not negative, but my role within the company was not very clear to me, later I learned a little more but the information was not entirely clear.
