Consulting senior consultant
1. An open, vertical transparent Organization that enables anyone to access anyone at any level for questions, knowledge, and issues. 2. Supportive and encouragi9ng work environment - a team member can go as far and as high as they want to within the company's multiple career paths. 3. Broad range of technical topics to specialize in 4. Awesome mentoring and teaching environment - SWO has a lot of expert-level resources able to answer any questions within the subject area. 5. A sense of belonging, and that what one does for the company and the customer really matters at a profound level.
Company is growing so fast that it is difficult to keep up with all of the change. Becomes more difficult to pinpoint where one fits within the broad range of offerings. Not always great communication around acquisitions, other than "hey, we acquired another company today that does x-y-z".
Lead portfolio manager
- Work life balance - Never Denay for leaves - Management is very experience and helpful - High of growth opportunity - Flexible work from home
- Office locations in India is limited.
Business development manager
flexible Arbeitsmöglichkeit und unternehmerische Möglichkeiten gegeben
Die Kommunikation über die Managementstufen waren dürftig
Leadership
Flexible scheduling, industry experience, fast growing company
Job Role is much more than stated in the job document, compensation plan is convoluted, Swiss based company leaves US outside of decision making process.
Procurement specialist
Good Salary for freshers (but 25% in variables which might be deducted if your goals are not achieved) Less politics than other Companies
No work-life Balance at all, Extended Shifts, which they will not force you to do but will burden you with so much of work that you end up extending your shifts else your goals (25% variable) might get cut. Be ready to Celebrate Holi and Diwali with your laptop in you Lap as there are No holidays what so ever except for Jan 1, and ofcourse HR or the interviewer will never tell you this beforehand so you get the surprise when you join the Company. On top of it they might ask you to log in in Saturday and Sunday as well. Absolutely Immature Team leaders, who in reality are "Bosses" than leaders (like almost in every company but here is "next level" ) Lacks Courage, will never stand up for you and put forward your genuine concerns to the higher mangement (who might actually do something if they knew ) No Growth at all after a certain point . In order to make it "look like" growth they downgraded freshers with an associate lable from Procurement Specialist which they were originally hired for so that Procurement Specialist feel superior. HR is Courageles and have little to no say (like every other company)

Consultant
Great energy, lots of opportunities to find what you want to specialize in and do. Leadership is dynamic, almost always motivated and ready to go.
Their compensation plans are weak. HR is... less than organized. The hiring process is very long and unclear. They're trying to be a global company, but they still act like a group of small struggling start-ups.
