Salary is good, at market rates. Colleagues are awesome people to work with. CEO is professional and a great leader for the company.
Management don’t listen to staff. Excessive pressure placed on staff to perform, even though they are doing well. Staff are constantly overworked. Management only interested in the dollars, not the people. EBITDA the most important thing for the company. High turnover and no support for staff to grow and develop. Constant back-stabbing and gossip from management. Which is very sad as they should know better. They get told to do something to fix the situation but it is completely ignored.

SoftwareOne is very small in Canada, like 20-30 peeps, so you have to lie to sell well. Manager holds onto all of top 20% best accounts to position himself while transitioning to SoftwareOne. Pay Scales to be 're-evaluated' during transition. All of US comparex sales have been cut and most managers.

Work volume is tremendously high. You have to spend around 12 hours a day to complete your work. Also have to login in weekends. Salary Structure is not good. Out of your CTC, you get paid 50% and the rest 50% depends on Goals and company performance (EBITDA) Under resourced. Therefore high work pressure for each employee. Upper management should understand the problems faced by the employees rather than including new rules every month. Limited growth opportunities.
