Work-Life Balance - you are never asked to work after your shifts and flexible breaks, Learning and implementation - all processes are ITIL influenced so you are always updated with industry needs No bossism - you can ask for an explanation from your manager anytime Cross-Functional Training helps you to be multi-talented and timely counselling help you identify your career path The comfort of Government Job is here in the system.
Well, every company have their own cons - Salary is not competitive - you can find your colleagues earning 50-70% of what you get in the company., Poor appraisal - they increase your salary 5-10% as per the inflation rate nothing less nothing more., No promotion before 2 years of service in any department. No mid-year appraisals entertained, worst retention policy if you want to leave no one cares, Though good formality is done.

Work culture is coolest; Bosses do not interfere in your work but they're there to help you whenever you need them; Lean organizational structure which means you can simply walk into the MD's cabin to have a chat. Absolute "thumbs-up"!!
None whatsoever so just close your eyes and say YES!!!
