I have no cons. Constant change.

The country manager is really disgusting, shouting every day at his employees. He never knows how to respect others but he likes managing EVERYONE by himself. Anyone who came to the company would regret it sometimes.

Management is not good and the HR departmet (recruitment and benefits) is very incompetent.

Medical insurance could be better

Personally more communication with all departments

Employee benefits can be considered minimal
