Country language is spoken in meetings, canteen, office, everywhere and not thinking about foreigner(English speaking) ones that they don't understand the country language fully

More employee engagement is required from HR. They should look at better compensation and growth for their mid-level management staff.

Starting off here was one of the most complex adjustments I had to go through when on-boarding but there are plenty of happy colleagues to assist you in learning how the system works.
