No clear path for career.

As you go up the chain, it’s so much of favouritism. Glad the former peoples officer was let go which was critical as that was the epitome of toxicity.

Sometime get a better salary takes time

None at the moment .

Not sure where to start but would say management need to work on themselves as instead of giving fair chance to every employee to grow in their career path but the employees who acts like puppet without having any leadership qualities been offered position of a leader. Great saying is when you start promoting the wrong people you start losing your best people but here mgmt don’t bother on this at all
