The people, benefits are great
new leadership has caused morale to take an absolute nose dive. Their strategy shifts so often that there is never time to implement the changes. Never a payoff for all the change. What made SoftwareONE great 10 years ago is literally being stomped on. I worry for their future in holding any sort of tenured employee moving forward.

Resource manager
Your immediate manager and team can be great. That's it. Nothing else to be excited about for this hole of a company.
I don't think I have ever worked for a worse company. There is ZERO care towards the employees. They attempt to pretend there is by bombarding you with surface level "culture". Most people are out to help/save themselves which means there is very little "team" work and purpose towards a common goal- unless you are lucky to have come over with some good people, be prepared to drink kool-aid for the first couple months until the cracks start to show. The employees are numbers with a clear disconnect between the working level and the leadership level. Immediate managers try their best, but hard to help you when their managers do nothing and sit silent on requests. Because of this, the only focus for the company is sales- but not for the sake of the employees, only for shareholders/stakeholders. Ironically you are pushed a story about sales needing to go up for quotas and there is no room in the budget for hiring, but leadership has VIP parties and seems to be on an acquiring spree. Don't waste your time here. This is not a place for a career, growth, or hope.
