Digital sales account manager
-Fridays WFH -The other reps in the same role supporting or open communication of supporting one another when things got rough.
-5 month waiting period until first bonus -Ulimited PTO is not UNLIMITED- It is limited to if you put it in two weeks prior to taking it. -leadership is not trustworthy from a global level-If not in writing, don't believe it. -do not look to be babysat or provided grace as the company is looking for performance, so if you plan to do anything outside of that chances the role will be much more difficult. -work life balance is balanced if you plan appriorately, otherwise there is not one.

Was a great culture and open environment with great collegues.
It was 4 of 5 stars when I worked there. Then a reorganisation took place and 80% of my collegues left or was land of. So I cant tell how it is today.
Marketing specialist
There were some decent pros 1. WFH policy - You'll save up a lot of time. 2. They give you money for the internet (for now at least.) Well, I guess that's it. That's all I can show for 4 years of work. It's such a great company guys can't express it in words.
The list is long but I'll start with this if you are beginning it's a good place to work but for no more than 1-2 years. They will silently kill your career. I left after 4 years, doing the same work every day and the day I asked for more responsibilities their attitude changed. I saw the dark side of their way of handling long-term employees. People are being promoted without a process. People stuck in the same positions are at the mercy of the manager who is very good at playing company politics. In the name of conflict resolution, the conflict is reported to the person you are having an issue with and then it is expected to be resolved. I don't know if that's how they operate with everybody but they did it with me and I'm here writing it out. The leadership doesn't care what is going on two levels below them. If the manager is reporting good numbers on daily business tasks then it is considered that employees are happy. So for anybody being hired to the Marketing Department, specifically India region please keep in mind what you want to achieve while working here. I'm sure they will oversell the department in the interview as they did with me but create a good set of questions regarding your career growth and see them looking for another candidate.
