I had such a positive experience during the interview process. The team genuinely cared about finding a good cultural fit, and the conversations felt more like meaningful discussions than rigid Q&A sessions. They took the time to understand my strengths and shared how those could contribute to success in the role.
If I had to mention one thing, it’s that the process felt slightly long at times. While the communication was clear, a quicker turnaround between stages would have made it even smoother.
