Bad management, no career advancement

Lack of benefit package. Development process could be messy

Must willing to accept field works and job can be very physical.

i face no cons personally

-Not many of the managers walks the talk in terms of technical skills. -Top down command, bottom guys are 'encourage' to be open but yet management are driving fears with anger -High turnover, ~50% turnover rate -Below market rate pay (13th month bonus are taken into account when made offer/increment) -Occasional high work load due to project (top down estimations where ground staff have no say in terms of effort required) -13th Month were not fully paid out yet, no commitment on the dates of clearance ( free loan from employees) -Half months salary payout, 2nd half comes in first or second week of the coming month -Investment on employees were of minimal, cost cutting has removed some of the technical training that is beneficial (e.g AWS) -Lack of cultivation of healthy work culture.

- not given periodical feedback. just wait for year end appraisal and get blamed for everything - blame juniors for team performance failure. seniors not accountable and get scot-free - not helpful to support juniors. sour face first before start helping - no proper tools/lab to guide. have to ask around for help before being called slow learner - was desperately hired for this role and advised to cut short notice period before joining - favouritism. only greet favourite colleagues - 'family'ness

Room for improvement in dental and optical benefits. Stronger leaders with both emotional and intellectual intelligence would further strengthen the team and business.

No bonus, No training to enhance your skills, you have to pay by yourself to attend any course. late salary, no recognition to you although you had been handle various projects

Hell of a director + BA, unrealistic goals, pay less expect more, not following work flow that has been set in agile, not supposed to interfere directly on others

A bit hard to express opinion to management. Seldom they try to focus on you. Some colleague can be difficult but I believe this can happen in other companies as well.

- a system so old, makes it even harder to maintain - not good in agile methodologies - keep on rotating you to another team that develops a different system - top management didn't seem to know what they were doing
