Pay wage isn't inline with role.
Sales consultant
Great brand, good training, team, good pay for student job
Not really anything to mention for cons. Weekend work but this is to be expected from any shift working.
Retail sales consultant
Long list sorry but y’all need to know - Relaxed atmosphere - Luxe jewelry that is nice to look at, try on and easy to sell to customers - FREE jewelry accommodation every quarter ($100 limit for PT employees, you choose from a list and pick one item under $100) - Corporate gave team beautiful crystal ornament during holiday season - Commission if store makes monthly budget, it requires teamwork and the register allows a transaction to be split between 3 employees - Vacation & Sick paid hours, they accumulate as you work albeit slowly - 50% EMPLOYEE DISCOUNT and Afterpay in-store! I had to become frugal I went a lil crazy ngl but you do have a yearly limit if I’m not mistaken - Sales goals for the store and yourself are relatively easy to achieve, obviously there are slow days but some days people spend hundreds if not thousands $$$ - Enjoyable time with co-workers and managers as the team is small if you’re in a boutique location - My store had private office/restroom so you’re not sharing it with customers nor dozens of employees for your break. It’s random to mention but ewwww I disliked previous retail jobs where customers blew UP the restroom… toilets clogged up toilet paper on the floor p00p stains omggggggggg no offense but it’s true!!
- Returns go against you, kinda demoralizing if you’ve sold well during your shift and then Mrs. Lady comes in with $1000 return bringing your sales down to the -negative. - Full time only available to ASM & SM - Sometimes inconsistent PT schedule - Raise was low sadly, a few pennies increase similar to lower end jobs I’ve worked for years ago
Sales associate
Will have staff jewellery to wear. High staff discount.
The worst commission scheme I ever see. There is a cap of commission and how much commission is really depends on how much is your basic. If they never change.
Fun place to work Interesting Cientele
Difficult Customers Lack of Strong Management
Assistant manager
I love the atmosphere and morals. I feel proud and at home and passionate about my job.
I would like transfer opportunities

Bad salary Bad salary Small business
Health insurance for full time employees was good. Pay was acceptable, but not enough to live on as an only job for a single income household. It was easy retail work compared to clothing etc. Displays and inventory were easy to manage. Clients were very nice to work with.
In my day, employees worked alone a lot. I have heard that this policy has changed and I hope it is true. It was not safe or comfortable running a store alone. As a full time associate I covered for my manager during her maternity leave, doing much of her job, without training, compensation or the benefits of her position. This was a very poor and highly stressful policy.
Head of planning
Heritage and size of org
Constant politics, focus on cost-cutting, lack of innovation or growth mindset
flexible hours, I became the assistant manager while I was in college, I would say for a college student it is really not bad at all for $20 an hour. Pay was average, and you get to have that experience
They ask a lot from you, a lot of sales pressure coming from the top, conversion is a huge thing and most of the time customers are just looking but they want a lot more for the amount they pay you.
