Family run, strategy very fractured

Bad management no support from team or management No follow up on concerns and complaints Never experienced the treat ment I received in a short time being in this company . Too much admin and paperwork .

too much money for me to handle

Not much career progression as a sales consultant. Very difficult to pass through time during quiet seasons.

high pressure to maintain KPIS- weekly reviews regarding this. small team therefore, expectation to be available all the time. management not considerate and back talks. Base pay and no matter how much you work, there is not many incentives. No room for growth.
