Store manager
Collaborative and supportive teams . Knowledgeable and proactive managers. Easy-going and drama-free for the most part. Lots of resources and good trainings. Fun, trendy product which makes for a fun workplace. Opportunities to participate in events, collabs, etc.
Policies are extremely strict, which keeps everything clear and uniform across stores, however, it can be stressful especially when it's related to customers. While the sales managers are wonderful and proactive, other parts of the company move very slow and seem to not communicate e.g. Repairs are a complete nightmare. Little opportunity for growth outside stores, such as trying to move to corporate, vm, training, etc, does not get hired from within. Most store managers will manage the same store for over 10 years and not be given a shot at anything else. Low pay for sales associates compared to other similar positions
Retail store manager
Beautiful product, room for growth
limited benefits, limited hours, communication could be better
Sales consultant
if you get a good team it’s fun and pretty easy. The manager and staff really make the experience! Really good discount! Commission can be good if you hit targets but if you don’t hit them you get next to nothing
Company could be better with raises and more organised from a corporate standpoint, it makes it seem like they don’t seem to know where to invest money especially when it come to workers. Some of the customers can be difficult but the customer service provided sales people with very little support.
Strong level of autonomy as a Store Manager to drive the business, implement strategies, and influence sales performance Opportunity to develop leadership skills through team coaching, training, and performance management Emphasis on client experience and building meaningful in-store customer relationships Creative freedom to execute sales-driving initiatives and local events Hands-on ownership of business results, which can be very rewarding for self-motivated leaders
Limited support from regional and district leadership, particularly in satellite locations, which can feel isolating High turnover due to relatively low pay for Crystal Experts and Assistant Managers Budget constraints make it difficult to recruit and retain experienced, high-performing talent Teams may require significant development due to lower wage tiers, increasing workload and pressure on management Store conditions in some locations feel outdated, with limited investment in remodels or upgrades Compensation structure for hourly roles does not always align with expectations or workload
Retail sales consultant
Easy job Not very crowded
Low times for working so low income
Project manager
State of the art Mayfair office, creative environment, healthy snacks, half Friday once a month, unique opportunity to interact with Board Member, product discount and sample sales. Family owned and profitable. Very impressive organisation with a lot of truly exciting projects. Great place to work for driven, dynamic and flexible individuals. Depending on the role - opportunities to travel to other beautiful Swarovski offices and collaborate on common initiatives.
Reactive environment. Many activities and events can be better pre-planned to avoid constant reprioritising and associated extra cost.
