Need to overtime almost everyday during peak season due to tight time plan. But once project reach mass production, can become normal again

Fast paced environment , stress

Working hour too long , sometimes weekend also need to be on call

Self time management towards projects is critical, some overtime are required.

Salary quite low and Need to work ot

non tech savvy company. but now its moving towards advancements of SAP system. which is good improvement

Salaries not satisfied with your education, bonus not much, level under engineer or if not working as office staff very hard to get promotion. Not worth it to stay longer

Quality is just a department not a mindset there, Quality will struggling much, most of their manager have no power against production, customer trust is gone and they start micromanage. You will burnout, doing more than 3 people job, while seeing other departments barely doing their own job.

Start to cut bonus, no employee engagement activity

the location is far from city and many other places

working hour 8-6pm sometimes need to do extra ot without claim.

Long working hours, 8.20 to 6pm

Not much. Discipline is strict

But the toxic superior can't handle. Micromanagement were very bad. Not allow their subordinates to be creative and independent. All must follow their style even size/ type of font. Also will downgrading you when you make mistake to management.

Boss are very toxic, always pushy, like to talk behind person & double faced Micromanaged, making a jokes towards other people, likes scolding in front of other people Long working hours, need to comeback tomorrow morning after stayback until late night, no worklife balance which not good for body & mental health to work here No career progress & not suitable for staying longer

the turnover rate is quite high, sometimes it might disturb your work load as lesser manpower, the more load you need to bear.

Very politic company & management when you reach higher level position. Critise on behind you. Please be careful and think twice before entering this company.

Bad management, old style and low bonus

Busy, hectic, need to rush many deadlines

Clinics only open in morning, cafe small, prayer room very small compared to number of users
