Need to overtime almost everyday during peak season due to tight time plan. But once project reach mass production, can become normal again

Just a bare minimum benefits, compare to other MNC, this is far behind. If you want to retired, you work here as management.

Cons

Quality is just a department not a mindset there, Quality will struggling much, most of their manager have no power against production, customer trust is gone and they start micromanage. You will burnout, doing more than 3 people job, while seeing other departments barely doing their own job.
