Working hour too long , sometimes weekend also need to be on call

non tech savvy company. but now its moving towards advancements of SAP system. which is good improvement

Salaries not satisfied with your education, bonus not much, level under engineer or if not working as office staff very hard to get promotion. Not worth it to stay longer
Just a bare minimum benefits, compare to other MNC, this is far behind. If you want to retired, you work here as management.
Quality is just a department not a mindset there, Quality will struggling much, most of their manager have no power against production, customer trust is gone and they start micromanage. You will burnout, doing more than 3 people job, while seeing other departments barely doing their own job.
