Not much. Discipline is strict

But the toxic superior can't handle. Micromanagement were very bad. Not allow their subordinates to be creative and independent. All must follow their style even size/ type of font. Also will downgrading you when you make mistake to management.

Boss are very toxic, always pushy, like to talk behind person & double faced Micromanaged, making a jokes towards other people, likes scolding in front of other people Long working hours, need to comeback tomorrow morning after stayback until late night, no worklife balance which not good for body & mental health to work here No career progress & not suitable for staying longer

the turnover rate is quite high, sometimes it might disturb your work load as lesser manpower, the more load you need to bear.
