Slow career progression, the food in canteen not that nice

Long working hours, less holidays

no item to comment at all

too boring, everday need do same thing

Need face scan ID to enter and exit the company, wear the same uniform

- Too much relaxing time which contribute less experience for fresh graduate engineer to learn. - Engineer in charge just giving task instead of teaching the freshie on how to do the job - The jobscope that was explained during interview is not tally with the jobscope given after working here (they just giving random task instead of giving the actual task for the jobscope given during interview). - Policy in this company are very strict especially time ( if you late even 1 minute all your benefits and bonus will be terminated for the next year) - there are some bad people who love to take picture of us without knowing and report to the HR to make an issue which also makes all your benefits and bonuses terminated. - Giving little extra time to go for Friday Jumaah Prayer (12.45-2.15pm already need inside company). - Low salary for a big company and need to do OT to cover up our commitment and expenses. - This company restricted the usage of internet which make us difficult to search or find something related to work. - Long working hour which exceeds 45hours per week.

Management is bad( those who makes decisions to restrain us to take Annual Leave and prohibit Work from home)

no improvement action taken for canteen service eventhough many complaints receive

Overload work that stsff need multitask

Long hours. Work from home not available
