Need to work 5.5days per week on rotational basis, and need to wear uniform.

1. low salary, low increment, like 3% per year. Get in, get promoted 1-2 times in <3 years then get out 2. Boss don't care about your career progression, only that your tasks gets done, won't do yearly performance review, discuss your strength/weaknesses.

lot of things learn by yourself, need to be more independent

Upper not very supportive with other idea

Peak project period maybe frustrating due to constant OT for weeks or even months.

-Be prepared to ot especially when dealing with urgent quality issues

Mileage claim below average and too much pressure in workplace.

Nothing else to comment, overall okay
