Fast paced working environment, not suitable for those who can't keep up with multiple datelines. Parking rate is a bit expensive per day. Sometimes have to work on weekend to engage with clients.
With the flexible working hours and implementation of working from home is a dream for all employees as I find this is the future or work environment that I am looking for. To my surprise that such a local company has implemented this when it is frequently only offered by the foreign company.

I'm not sure if this a Con, but you will need to be able to adapt to changes quite fast as the Company is constantly evolving and implementing new SOPs.

I was first attracted by Verdant's culture and decided to apply for a job here. It turns out to be a great opportunity for me as I got into this market at the right timing. Working space is quite limited as of now since the team is growing. But good thing is that we will be moving to a new office soon!
