In Verdant, all the staff and the boss itself very open and take good care of the staff's welfare. The positive culture in Verdant makes me more passionate to do the work happily and with no stress at all.

My working hours is full with capacity to achieve but team is supportive, open for discussion and manager is constantly helping to ensure career growth positively. Management is doing good and caring of the staff to ensure work life balance and positive stress. Most enjoyable part in working here is whole team is friendly and we able to play game together after work or go exercise together to create good bonding.
