Very hierarchical meaning it’s difficult to get experience and progress. Things move very slowly in corporate divisions and are often blocked by data privacy.

More traditional than big tech

-not much opportunity to move up

Pay is bad.. bosses blame their analyst and take 0 ownership. Work is boring. Some people are nice but the leadership is general is not enjoyable.

Little progression Poor Management No recognition for going the extra mile or wanting to expand industry knowledge etc

No change in bonuses at all Constant change in direction by management makes it hard to understand their goals

Biggest con, would be low salary

We could be paid more

You will be pushed to increase workload and productivity constantly with no substantial raise. Management will give you more responsibility but nothing in return. Dead end job.

No cons except the salary

Years of uncertainty with new e-suite

Results don't seem to matter at all and have no effect on your career growth. Politics and brown nosing seem to be the best way to climb the career ladder in this company.

Its not a tech first company so there is hesitation when it comes to adopting the solutions that engineers develop sometimes.

No progression plans from higher ups Low salary

Leadership (Management team) is in absolute shambles. It's a toxic environment, there is no leadership. HR is absolutely inappropriate. The team has had to have several HR interventions from London team because they can't seem to work in a healthy manner. Hope it gets better for the sake of the company and mental health of employees.

No real chance of promotion

Lack of communication. Boomers are afraid to lose their job so will cause you to suffer for no adequate reason.

It truly depends on the team you're on, as some have great perks, while others feel less included. That's part of having several labels in one building, with some labels being FAR larger than others.
