Pros

Colleagues really care about the work but also people you actually want to be around.

Cons

Years of uncertainty with new e-suite

Pros

Concerts, cool office, decent benefits

Cons

Results don't seem to matter at all and have no effect on your career growth. Politics and brown nosing seem to be the best way to climb the career ladder in this company.

Pros

Chill; once u get in the groove of things, you can minimize your work to around 4 hours a day.

Cons

Its not a tech first company so there is hesitation when it comes to adopting the solutions that engineers develop sometimes.

Jr. manager

Mar 30, 2026

Pros

The staff at Warner Latina is great to work with, incredibly passionate and hard working team.

Cons

Leadership (Management team) is in absolute shambles. It's a toxic environment, there is no leadership. HR is absolutely inappropriate. The team has had to have several HR interventions from London team because they can't seem to work in a healthy manner. Hope it gets better for the sake of the company and mental health of employees.

Vice president

Pros

Puts culture and EQ at the top of the list, and it's not just talk. Very flexible during and post-COVID.

Cons

It truly depends on the team you're on, as some have great perks, while others feel less included. That's part of having several labels in one building, with some labels being FAR larger than others.
