The staff at Warner Latina is great to work with, incredibly passionate and hard working team.
Leadership (Management team) is in absolute shambles. It's a toxic environment, there is no leadership. HR is absolutely inappropriate. The team has had to have several HR interventions from London team because they can't seem to work in a healthy manner. Hope it gets better for the sake of the company and mental health of employees.
