Wipro has reestablished its strength and capabilities after revamping of the brand around 2020. The internal career opportunities to relocate to any city in the world is nice.
It's still a typical IT low-end service "wholesale warehouse' like TCS, HCL, Infosys, Cognizant, etc. and it does not value its employees, especially in the APAC region. Hidden sense of hierachy and anti-democracy here especially in Singapore. The office politics is crazy. When a project wants you to deliver, you are supposed to work 18 hours a day before the tender or RFP is submitted. Literally no WLB. But you might instantly be back to the bench for more than 2 months and be made redundant at any time. The way they operate is just body shopping or body labour. They don't value employees. the Corporate culture is a joke, the way they manage the staff is like they have zero trust in us, by default we do not have standard business conduct and try to rip-off the company's money whatsoever.
