Higher Management ask unnecessary questions during the interview Unnecessarily trying to go into core of tool which is irrelevant and unexplainable without looking at the framework and then they expect candidate to answer it correctly I worked here for 7 months and already got headache as Manager or just below level higher ups asks for update again and again No proper salary increment Pay less than the competitive organizations

Don't ask them for money No growth mindset resistance to change

I didn't experience any bad

Everything is a con here

Hikes should be given and shifts

Good Work Life Balance WFO is mandatory

Monotonous work is a con

Bad management, no work life balance and less pay. They will try not to give you hike at all.
