Growth can be very slow

Salary increment is very worst in Wipro

1. BFSI projects are terrible. Dont ever join any EU project, especially UBS. The customer is very biased, rigid and demanding. 2. Some projects have too much internal politics. 3. Lack of support from senior management.

There no such cons so far

Sometimes I had to work for long hours.

Customer gets confused who does what and hence huge customer dissatisfaction

Salary structure should improve for tenure working employees

Toxic culture, no work life balance and egoistic senior manager

Too much change in org structure

No such thing it was a good experience overall
