Less Hike . Bad Management

not great place to work, hierarchy

nothing as such no complaints i have

For those who're ambitious, Joining Wipro as a Scholar Trainee may not be a good choice as less Good Project opportunity.

Very less hikes even if you stay longer

Once contract is up you are thrown into a bowl and have to wait for open position or have to apply within the company yourself. Sometime you get looked over to put your name in the bowl for a new project. direct supervisors are not always on the same shift as you.

Less salaries r long served employees

Could not find as such. Night shift allowances are bit low. Should increase a little more.

No cabs, office location is not commutable. office politics are high supressing promotions
