I have been in Wipro since 6 years and I must say that the work culture is truly exceptional. My favourite aspects is the freedom and space we are given to pursue our interests and work in a manner that is comfortable for us. The managers at Wipro are incredibly accommodating and understanding, never holding anything against us and always supporting our professional growth. Also, the work-life balance at Wipro is outstanding, allowing employees to maintain a healthy balance between their professional and personal lives. Colleagues, regardless of their position in the hierarchy, are incredibly warm and welcoming. This inclusivity and camaraderie truly embody the 5 habits of Wipro, creating a supportive and collaborative environment that fosters success and well-being.
While Wipro's work culture is commendable, there are areas that could benefit from improvement. This includes the potential to streamline or eliminate certain processes, allowing for faster implementation of new procedures where unnecessary, ultimately reducing unnecessary delays in project timelines. Additionally, there is room for enhancement in the areas of rewards, recognition, promotions, and MSIs to ensure they are more competitive and aligned with industry standards. Also, the mandate of 3 days work from office can be eased for roles where one doesn't have the team in same place and for employees who spend over 3+ hours just for commuting.
