The work environment is positive and conducive to productivity. The teammates are supportive and collaborative, making it easy to tackle challenges together. The training provided is thorough, helping new employees get up to speed quickly. Additionally, the office space is well-designed and comfortable, enhancing the overall work atmosphere.
The behavior of the higher-ups is unprofessional, and it often feels like employees are just numbers to them. The bonus schemes are misleading, as they claw back any bonuses if you decide to leave the company. On top of that, the salary is extremely low, with multiple deductions, making it hard to stay motivated or feel valued as an employee
