No cons as of now. Overall good to work.

1. Depends a lot on your project/client (if stuck with a bad project could be difficult to change projects for couple of years)

Can improve on team management and higher level management in a project

Work life balance not there. For client side projects, interaction with wipro side manager is rare

Good company to work for

Macro managment in finance and Managmevt inactive to take actions

Its a Shinking Ship with very bad HR policies and bad leadership. Pay is bad.

Horrible canteens in almost every campus ive visited

Mainly short term project is here

Rotational shifts Mandatory Mtech degree so need to study lot Less pay
