My experience was good, If manager is nice he/she will take care of your recognitions awards, compensations & timely increments as well.
As a fresher its not a very great company, nobody care if you dont have much experience, struggle for freshers

Salary in Wipro is not good. Freshers salary is higher than experience employees.

There will not be much hike. Even if you get the overall in hand hike you get will be 2K only.
