Less salary hike or no salary hike

In consulting employee is one location manager in another location client in different location but they force employee to come to office if employee not doing so they are deducting salary and leave despite employee work entire day including extended hours who will survive in such toxic environment 3 to 4 hrs required to commute to office employees are human not robot

None as experienced during job tenure.

Can experience More bench period for few people

Notice period policy is bit problematic.

There is no future in this

Nothing to say for negative points

Very toxic work culture and less resources

Career growth is less. Getting promotions takes time.

Pay is average, expect only a single digit in terms of yearly hike
