Changes in policies every quater

Gratuity deduction, nothing much to add.

Compensation is the issue only, everything else is awesome.

Too much politics and toxic environment.

Some colleagues are not quite team players, but in a team of 50 this can always happen.

Better not to join as fresher

Limited hikes, delay in promotion
