No onsite from last few years

Bench policy is very bad in wipro. They stop paying if you are on bench from last 45 days.

management was not communicating properly

Less Salary Promotion is not Transparent

Need to manage proper management.

Salary is less and always the budget gets blamed for it but in most cases it's an incompetency of the manager in either getting the much deserved budget Or not using the same properly.

less hike. organization should re-consider it.

No negatives observed from experience

Need some more communication to employees with repect to company policies
