Flexibility Timing No proper management

Compensation is low when compared to other service organisation

My company was good and I don't have any cons

Not very Good management now

Management is very toxic and not helpful

Low pay and hikes. No set appraisal window

Maintainance projects No real improvement of technical skill

Need tobe more strict on back to office policy to make employees real in office.

None as i observed in my tenure.
