Management micro-manages a little too much especially with items that they do not necessarily understand too well. Management are remote and almost never meet you and get to know you as an individual. And if you need HR you will many times be on hold for over 30 min and then get someone who is off-shore with a bad connection. Try not to need HR too much it is painful. increases and promotions are almost non-existent. Of course who you work with at your particular account makes or breaks your experience. This is just my take on what I have experienced.
