Its almost impossible to get into the project on which technology you want to gain experience and Grow. Once you have a experience on some technology WMG's will only let you in those same projects only There are no options provided I tried my best to shift my career into some other line but didn't got much support

Hybrid model is nice but I feel office environment of regularly going to office makes it better place
