If i go for cons i would say for cab transportation there are specific routes and you may have to wait for cab.

You will get the mtech Certification from bits Pilani University as per the criteria along with your job experience in Wipro.
Salary is the most pathetic thing here in my opinion, as you will be working as a full time employee , and the work load and responsibilities will be same as per other permanent employees hence you will not get the proper compensation as compare to others, and there are no increment and hike as per the agreement for this job till you complete your 5 years here.
